Welcome to PIKSPOT! (the “Website”). To avoid doubt, we state the following:

1. Unofficial nature

The Website is an unofficial fan catalog and tool website independently organized, built, and maintained by players and enthusiasts. It has no affiliation, agency, partnership, sponsorship, authorization, approval, or endorsement relationship with Nintendo Co., Ltd., Nintendo, Scopely, Scopely Explore (formerly the Niantic games team), or any rights holder, development team, publisher, agent, or licensor associated with Pikmin or Pikmin Bloom.

The Website's content, functions, organization of information, and presentation must not be interpreted as an official product, service, database, announcement platform, or expression of an official position in any form.

The Website is currently provided as a website and is not an official app or mobile application of any such rights holder.

2. Nature of the Website's services

The Website primarily provides the following relating to Pikmin and Pikmin Bloom:

  • Catalog organization and index lookup;
  • Information comparison and identification assistance;
  • Lookup, organization, tracking, or assistance tools for players;
  • Introductions, explanations, research records, and community reference information about game content; and
  • Reports, images, descriptions, or other community content voluntarily submitted by players.

The Website is an information organization and tool service platform, not an official source, licensing platform, trading platform, download platform, or official community service for any third-party game content.

3. Ownership of third-party game content

Game-related content appearing, quoted, displayed, compared, described, or referenced on the Website includes, without limitation:

  • Game characters, appearances, and names;
  • In-game images, icons, visual elements, and interface elements;
  • Game screens, object designs, event names, and fictional-world terminology;
  • Trademarks, logos, product names, and series names; and
  • Other content potentially protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

The relevant rights belong to their respective original rights holders. The Website does not claim ownership, copyright, trademark rights, official status, authorization, or sublicensing authority over such game-related content.

4. Our position on using third-party game content

The Website presents, compares, organizes, and displays third-party game content for purposes including catalog creation, data indexing, information lookup, identification assistance, feature guidance, player research, historical records, commentary, explanation, and community exchange, and uses it only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Original Website content and reservation of rights
